Is there a minimum Order?

For the majority, there isn’t. Many other businesses run with a minimum order for everything, but here at Nowhere we don’t. Minimum orders only apply when it is needed, for example, runs of screen printed merchandise, letterheads or USB sticks.

Do you provide garments?

Yes. Nowhere orders in garments to suit your need. We currently have access to a wide selection of garments, bags and personalize items.

Nowhere cannot be held accountable for any misstitching, colour inconsistencies, mislabelling or mislabelled sizes.

Will you print our own designs?

Nowhere will print your own designs. All artwork must be of high resolution at 300dpi minimum. The following formats are welcome AI, PSD, JPEG and EPS.

What won’t you print?

Nowhere welcomes work from people of any race, religion and gender. However, anything that is deemed poor taste, offensive or inciting hatred will be politely refused.

What is your turnaround time?

Currently, the turnaround time of order is 7-10 working days from confirmation of digital proof. Nowhere aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but 7-10 working days is our buffer. If a garment is out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative, or if something happens that is out of our control, we will be in contact.

Do you offer a design service?

Are you stuck for a logo design? Luckily, Nowhere does offer a design service. It will be looked at on a case-by-case basis, and will be scheduled should the calendar allow it.

Supplying Images.

Nowhere takes no responsibility for copyrighted images that are supplied to us unless we are aware of the artist. Nowhere will not recreate logos of fashion brands.

Rush Orders?

Need something done fast? Rush Orders can only be done if time in the studio allows it. Large orders cannot be fulfilled in a rush, but there may be space for small orders.
An extra fee may apply.

What’s the difference between vinyl and sublimation?

Vinyl is a creative media for single colour on a variety of coloured garments, sublimation however has to be based on a white surface. This is because the ink bonds with the fabric, and if it the garment is to dark, the colours will not be visible.

Vinyl also can be layered, or if it s a full colour image you want on a dark garment, Full Colour Transfer is a viable option.

FCT doesn’t last as long as single colour vinyl or sublimation, but it is a great media for office sports team uniforms for those dreaded Sports Days.

Current information states that FCT can withstand upto 50 washes before it begins to fade.

Do you deliver?

Local delivery is available for the Portsmouth area postcodes PO1-PO6. A small charge will be added to your order.

If you are outside of this area, delivery will be by Hermes, and the postage cost will be added to your final invoice. Nowhere cannot be held responsible for delays or loss by the third party. However Nowhere will try to rectify the problem as best we can.

Payment?

Unless otherwise agreed, all payment must be made upfront once a digital proof has been signed off.

Payment is made by Bank Transfer, and all details will be supplied on the invoice.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, please make contact using the CONTACT page. Put as much details as you wish, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You will receive a Quote based on your description, but this will not be final until a design is finalised.

Once a digital proof has been signed off, production will begin.

Nowhere cannot be held responsible for any error in production that relate to the signed off Digital Proof, so please make sure you study it thoroughly.

How accurate is a digital proof?

Colours may vary on the digital proof. Nowhere tries to keep them as accurate as possible, but they may have some slight differences.

Do you do physical samples?

Should you require a physical sample, one can be made. Please remember that you will be charged accordingly for the sample.

If I make an order, can I make another order of the same design at another time?

Unless stated, all designs will be kept on file should you want to reprint them at another time.

Washing?

Nowhere recommends all garments are washed following the instructions provided with the garment or item.

What if I find a fault that wasn’t in the Digital Proof?

In the event you find a fault, you will be required to inform us within 7 days of the garments delivery. You will be required to return the garment, and either a refund or replacement will be offered.

If a case is brought to attention after the 7 days. a refund or replacement will not be offered.

OFFERS

Nowhere will run bundle offers. These offers (unless otherwise stated) do not include the recreation of a logo or image from scratch. If you used a specific font, please include that in your order details. Exceptions can be made for the recreation from supplied materials with as much information as you can provide.

What if I wish to cancel my order?

If you decided to cancel your order, a cancellation fee will be charged.

The cancellation fee will be the equivalent of the cost prior to production, this will include the cost of the garments, and may also include any preproduction work undertaken.

Will my order be on social media?

Nowhere loves showing off its work, and showing your orders off is a bonus. Unless otherwise agreed, Nowhere will post images to its social media.

Promoting brands is important to us, whether they are new, established or limited runs, sharing the love of art is as important to us as feeding the goblins in the basement.
